Delete your account
This page is provided by Fuel Roam so you can delete your Fuel Roam account and the account data associated with it.
Delete in the app
- Open Fuel Roam and go to Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete Fuel Roam account.
- Read the warning and tap Delete account to confirm.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete online
If you cannot use the app, you can authenticate below and delete the same Fuel Roam account directly. Your password is sent only to the Fuel Roam API over HTTPS for authentication and is not stored by this page.
What Fuel Roam deletes
When account deletion is confirmed, Fuel Roam deletes the account record and data directly linked to that account, including the email address and password hash, authentication sessions, saved journeys, price alerts and alert events, and Fuel Roam subscription or entitlement records linked to the account.
Fuel Roam does not apply an additional retention period to the account data removed by this deletion process; the account deletion is performed when the authenticated request is confirmed.
Subscriptions and records kept elsewhere
Deleting a Fuel Roam account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Those subscriptions must be managed with Apple or Google Play. A Stripe subscription directly linked to the Fuel Roam account is cancelled as part of the Fuel Roam deletion process.
Apple, Google, Stripe and other service providers may retain transaction or payment records under their own legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and retention obligations. Public fuel-price and forecourt information is not account data and is not affected by account deletion.
